Returns & Exchanges Policy:
No returns on custom orders. Exchanges within the first 30 days on in stock inventory items may be made for in stock items of equal or lesser value and of like items. (Ex. Jewelry may not be exchanged for tack, belts, purses etc., but may be exchanged for other jewelry items.)
Custom Order Deposit Policy:
Our lead time varies. If you are interested in ordering, you will be added to a wait list. We will contact you when we are close to your place on the wait list. You must respond within 24 hours or you will be placed at the bottom of the list. We will discuss your design and provide pricing information. A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to draw-up your design. FAILURE TO PAY DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS will cause you to lose your place on the wait list. Payment in full will be required prior to beginning the project.
Shipping Policy:
Rockin' M Leathers is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. All items will have standard insurance included with USPS shipping. Additional shipping insurance is available at buyers expense. Any item valued at over $100 will require additional insurance. Please be sure to notify us IMMEDIATELY if additional insurance is requested so we can invoice you properly!
Leather Care Tips:
1. Store inside and out of the weather. (ex: in your barn, tack room, home, etc.)
2. Avoid leave tack hanging in the sun, rain, snow (any weather)
3. If leather gets wet or left in the sun for a long period of time, make sure to condition or oil leather immediately. (This includes super sweaty horses after long hot days)
4. You can oil or condition over any paint, but remember to be gentle, and do NOT scrub, or rub with too much pressure.
5. Mold is NOT a friend to leather! If you find mold on your leather item, make sure to oil and condition immediately.
Remember leather is porous, and will absorb anything that gets on it. Water is very drying to leather and needs to be avoided as much as possible.
Rockin' M Leathers provides a craftsmanship warranty on all items up to 1 year. This will cover all repairs on damage that may occur due to possible manufacturer defects. Warranty will be voided if any damage is due to lack of proper care for product, horses chewing on product, pulling back, etc. Because we have no assurance proper care is provided by buyer of our product, we are not liable for and damage to horse, rider or other persons or property due to equipment failure.
